The Empowerment Collective: 1:1 Coaching for Non-Profit Leaders

This coaching package includes seven (7) – 60 minute 1:1 personalized sessions in a virtual setting.  As your coach, I will take you through a journey towards self-actualization as a leader, while also offering a space to share experiences and recharge. Through a series of conversations and activities, we will accomplish the following:

• Explore: discuss your current situation, successes and challenges.

• Assess: complete a leadership style assessment, review results and discuss their application.

• Reflect: explore your authentic self and mindset, and how you show up as a leader.

• Envision: clarify your values and higher purpose and define your future leader aspirations.

• Plan: together, we will develop an action plan with clear objectives and steps.

 

​This program is for executive level women or those who aspire to an executive leadership role in a non-profit organization.
